Details:

please add a discuss page to each course. It has a similar use as the Talk or
Discussion page in Wikipedia as it provides users of a space where they can
discuss the set up and content of the course or Learning Object.

The discuss page can be called "discuss" and be accessible through a button
on the right panel in the coursemanager (I suggest between compare and
remove).

The discuss page is kept related to the course and can be freely edited by
all logged in users. The change history of the discuss page should be kept and
an instruction reference should be made available on the top of the page.
