Details:

There is a major problem here

I am trying to add new lessons and edit them later which i am not able to do


e.g from the Educational Material ---> How to tell and ask a computer ----  i
added a new topic ----->
Learn about pythons interpretation and 
Pythons interpretations

for both the topics if i try to edit later i am not able to do that

Surprisingly this is happening for some of the existing lessons also ( NOT
FOR ALL) 

esp------ under How to tell and Ask a computer course ---> Introduction to
python---> Learn about pythons interpretations ---> i am not at all able to
edit

BUT if i try to edit the content titled --- Start python interpreted under
same lesson as mentioned above -- i am able to edit and make changes and
publish also ( TAKES LOT OF TIME )

so i tried to add few new lesson then also i am unble to open any of those
-----for further editing 

i am getting a feeling that the self is not behaving in a consistent way
