In version 1.1.0 you replaced the autotools build system with cmake but the
files doc/INSTALL.simulavr and doc/README still document the autotools build
system and not cmake.

The file doc/NEWS is empty.

The file doc/ChangeLog has no entries past 2012.

Users and packagers of 1.0.0 want to know what changed in 1.1.0.
