Please consider all subpackets in the range 100 to 110 as private
use/experimental and don't interpret them at all. It is opaque
data a keyserver should not care about.

100 to 110 = internal or user-defined
An implementation SHOULD ignore any subpacket of a type that it does
not recognize.
