Well I'm using sendmail 8.12.11 and just tried upgrading spamassassin to
3.0.2. When using spamass-milter with or without the patch I still get
the headers appearing in the message body. I tried obtaining a copy of
spamass-milter from CVS, but it looks like it's missing configure
scripts, so I've reverted back to spamassassin 2.64.

A shame really, 3.0.2 looks like it's better at detected the spam we
receive.
