Summary: remove more stuff from the class MainWindow, make FeedList forward 
more signals, fix FeedDisplayAdapter.resend_signal not to munge the signal 
object

Well, at least move more MainWindow stuff to other places, still trying 
to clean up the responsibilities mess.

FeedList forwards now most signals emitted by Feed objects. It's usually better
to listen to the feed objects themselves, but listening to FeedList avoids
doing n signal_connects and potentially following the contents of the feeds
list.
