Summary: cutting and private methods naming fixes
Keywords: 

* check if item index is less than point in cut()
* delete key in item dict if item is in 'removed'
* revert to single underscore for private methods
* assign old_item.seen to new_item.seen if items are the same

* FeedDataRouter.route_all() loads the feed contents before calling
  FeedItems.add_items(). That means we don't have to double-check if the items
  were loaded or not ?
