bookmarks lost

Hello,

Thanks for streamtuner. I recently found and have become a regular user. 
Currently I'm afflicted by the "mutex" bug, which I expect a Debian
package update will resolve shortly.

In the meantime, the frequent crashes have brought to light what I
consider another bug: 

If I make a bookmark and then streamtuner crashes, I lose that bookmark. 
The only workaround seems to be to quit and restart streamtuner each
time I make a bookmark to ensure that it is saved.

I suggest saving the bookmarks file automatically each time it is
changed. Alternatively, it would nice to have a function to do this
manually to avoid restarting. If it's there, I didn't see it. :)
