[IMPORTANT] Assigning mentors

Hi hackers.

The time has come where we must accept the applications and assign
mentors to them.

For applications having just one mentor, we (the admins) will assign her
straight away.  But for applications having more than one potential
mentor we need your help.

Please, add a comment to the proposals pertaining to our project and
having more than one potential mentor clearly indicating who will be the
mentor and who will be the backup mentor(s).  We will then assign the
primary mentor.

We need to have mentors assigned to all the valid apps by tomorrow at
17:00 UTC.  In case some app having more than one mentor has not an
identified primary mentor by then, we will have to appoint her blindly.
