Ranking projects

There are two proposals for working on the LilyPond chord structure
improvement project.

How do I indicate my ranking of them?  Do I click Want to Mentor on only
my preferred proposal?  Do I click Want to Mentor on both proposals, and
then rate one higher than another by some method?

I don't know the mechanics that GNU is would like to use here, and I'd
like to do it right.
