[gnu-soc] GNU and GSOC 2024

Hello people!

Today we will be submitting GNU's application as a mentoring
organization for the Google Summer of Code 2024.

As usual, to be accepted we need to have a good list of project ideas
published at 

  https://www.gnu.org/s/soc-projects/ideas.html

So we need the GNU projects interested in participating this year to
send to this list either:

- A list of project ideas, or
- A link to a project specific webpage with the list of project ideas.

For each project idea, please include:

- A project idea title,
- A more detailed description of the project idea (2-5 sentences),
- Expected outcomes.
- Skills required/preferred.
- Project size - whether it is expected to take approximately 350,
  175 or just 90 hours (the last option in new in 2024).
- Difficulty (easy, hard or medium)
- Expected mentors.

Please make sure to send this information before February 1.
