Does the code in the FTP mean I could reuse it?
And, if I know most of my requirements, is it possible to find one model 
that I could use it and needn't to do many work?

Code is copyrighted by the authors, and if they don't put it into the 
Swarm FTP or post on their own sites, you will have to email them 
directly about it.
