[Synaptic-devel] More on the UI

I did a new try on braking up the info-notebook in vpaned. The results
can be viewed in http://pimpldrive.pimpzkru.de/renate/synaptic

Mainly the status, package name and short description moved to an own
topic. The pkg name and description require a textview since they need
line breaking quite often.

The corresponding changes have also been applied to hpaned.

I am open to suggestion and comments.
