[Synaptic-devel] synaptic, GUI

Hello,

Two days ago I set up for the first time FEDORA-27-MATE_64bit (standard 
installation) and then added SYNAPTIC (which I also use regularly under 
Fedora-LXDE).

After that, the symbol of "Synaptic" is shown under "Applications", but 
when I click on that symbol, no GUI opens. At this moment, I can only 
open Synaptic in the command line (Mate-Terminal), typing "synaptic".

Do you know, what is going wrong?
