[Tetum-translators] Teum English Tetum dictionaries

Hi all,
A First run at a dictd format of simple translating dictionaries are
available from:

http://www.gnu.org/software/tetum/dictionaries/dict-tet-eng-dictd.html

These are really just proof of concept but are / may be useful.

The files are designed to run with a server called dictd or serpento.
I guess i could write a stand alone interface if required .
(there are many interfaces available beyond simple dict)
ding (for example)

hopefully the web page is both informative and stays up :)
