Even I tried to reproduce this error several times, I am still not  
able to do so. Could you please send me some minimal sample, where  
this problem appears (some one shot centerline).

P.S. In any case, you can override cave name using simple tex macro in layout:

code tex-map
   \cavename{My cave title}
endcode
