therion [-h/--help]
[-v/--version]
[--print-encodings]
[--print-tex-encodings]
[--print-init-file]
[--print-environment]
[--print-symbols]

btw there is a bug in therionbook (p. 52):

• --print-environment . Print environment settings for therion.
• --print-environment . Print a list of all therion supported map  
symbols in symbols.
xhtml file.

second line should be --print-symbols

the xhtml file is attached - open it in your browser
