[Tlf-devel] Running tlf

Hello...

As put forward in the documentation, tlf needs a file called logcfg.dat in its 
working directory which tells it what to do. I refuses to start when this 
file is missing.

A recent copy of logcfg.dat is in http://savannah.nongnu.org/download.tlf
