How does one establish the rules for a contest, such as the NA Sprint
where the exchange includes extraneous info along with the multiplier?


For example, a person's name and then their state which is the
multiplier?  

I see that the common items such as a serial number and then a
multiplier are covered by specific options, but I cannot find an example
of customizing the exchange to include info such as a name and then a
multiplier item such as a state or country.
