tnx for the report.... it is an oversight on my side.
It looks like 0.9.15 can only be compiled when hamlib is defined.
The function the error occors in (scanner) can only be used with hamlib :)
I will upload a corection in the next hours...

I use SuSE 9.0 with new kernel 2.6.4-rc1, maybe it helps you.
