I have checked this...

The only situation where tlf does not copy the spots into the spot window is 
when the system time is not right, i.e. the spot is too old!! You can check 
this in the cluster terminal: tlf changes "DX de.." into "dX de...".
Please check if the 'tlf' time is set on UTC!!!
