[Tlf-devel] 0.9.28 tlf for spdx rtty

Hello!

I'm configuring to spdx rtty contest. SK3BG contest site seems to be 
down now. Rules are here (in Polish)

logcfg.dat includes

RULES=spdx_dx
CALL=oh6kxl

However

Call = oh6kxl     My Zone = --     My Continent = --

is seen during start-up.

I believe this is the reason why tlf will does not count scores in spdx 
rtty.

LOGFILE=spdx.log
CONTEST_MODE
MULT_LIST=spdxmults
MY_COUNTRY_POINTS=2
MY_CONTINENT_POINTS=5
DX_POINTS=10
DX_&_SECTIONS


Scoring fails.
