OK, I have found the rules for the CQP and for the New England Qso
party... I guess most SQP's will be similar.

I am writing a new method for Xtlf which will:

* enable mixed mode
* give different points for CW and SSB
* will have countries or states (sections) as multiplier for stations
inside the state
* will have counties (sections) as mults for stations outside the state.

Is that what you want?

PS: the section format will not be checked, and can have up to 6
