    * GB2MHL, GB4LRG and GB4TMS are all Wales, GW
    * KH6JIM/7 in Idaho is United States, K
    * K4S starting 29 July 2008 is Puerto Rico, KP4
    * UA9P, etc. is in ITU Zone 31
    * YU8/S56M is Kosova, YU8
