This should be the right time to TX "qrv" automatically. To follow the 
convention of TR-Log
it should be started after ENTER.

I have one: If I had 7 QTCs with N3AM on 20m, it shows 0Q if iam on 15m. 
But there are only 10 QTC to receive in total. In best case the program 
would only allow to accept 3 more.
