[Tlf-devel] Test branch use_keypad pushed to my GitHub

Here is my first crack at Tlf with the keypad() function.  So far it
'Works For Me' (TM) in Gnome Terminal (the one X11 terminal that seems
to honor the most keystrokes).  So far, so good.  :-D

I have it at:

Beat on it.

If it's reasonably acceptable, then I will issue a pull request, Tom.
