[Tlf-devel] Preparations for TLF-1.3.2 bugfix release

Hi all,

I have prepared a new branch 'tlf-1.3.x' on github which collects
various fixes from last weeks (real bugs as well as typos). 

I plan to release a TLF-1.3.2 with that fixes in around a week from
now. If you have further fixes which should go into it, please prepare
a pull request on github against that branch.
