Hamlib is mandatory in 1.4 so there no option to enable it.

Dear Friends.

I have found something very curious. In old version of TLFLogger 1.3.2 if it allows me to compile with Hamlib with ./configure --enable-hamlib

On the contrary, in the new version 1.4.1 it does not allow it.
