Multipliers in WAG contest is first letter in received DOK exchange (typically
letter plus two numbers).
How to track and register multipliers in WAG contest?
As far as I understand tlf, mults can be based on exchange, but how to handle
parts of exchange is a mystery to me.
Associated mult list may be used as an alternative.
