Hey, folks:

I like the idea of using the wiki to store additional contest files.
That would keep the installed rules directory from getting out of
control, and would make it a lot easier for folks to contribute them.
Can the wiki be made editable by an established list of users, or does
that also need to be managed with forks and pull requests?
