Opinion poll on a new feature

Hi Tlf OM's,

yesterday I sent a new pull request for Tlf, which implement the
"RESENDCALL" feature. You can see the details here:

As N0NB Nate suggested below there, I'd like to ask what do you
think about the logic of this feature.

(Perhaps not everybody is subscribed on Tlf repository, nor not
member of Github, but I hope many users read the mailing list.)

I very welcome any suggestion, opinion for this feature.
