Correct. In my logcfg.dat I have:
CABRILLO-EXCHANGE= KS
The robot took my file without complaint.

This contest is a bit strange in that it uses ARRL/RAC sections in
addition to DXCC entities as mults. If I understand the rules
correctly:
2.1.1 Alaska (KL7 – AK) and Hawaii (KH6 – PAC), the Caribbean US
possessions (KP1-KP5 - PR or VI), and all of the Pacific Ocean
territories (KHØ-KH9 – PAC) participate as W/VE stations and count as
ARRL sections.
None of these should count as countries but Tlf did score a KH6 and KP4
as countries for me even though I had entered PAC and PR respectively as
the received exchange. Also, these should be 2 point Qs and not 5
points.
Perhaps the most simple logic would be to treat the Q as W/VE if a valid
section has been entered and DXCC entity otherwise.
Again, this is not a serious issue as claimed score is ignored by the
robot.
