Whoops- I had hit reply, not reply-all. Anyway- I am using openldap
2.0.21, configured thusly:

./configure --with-ldbm \
--enable-debug \
--enable-crypt \
--enable-syslog \
--enable-wrappers

Please note, too- that the machine in question has a hostname of
mail.mapu.com. It will also respond to mail.klatsky.com.
