Some of you have reported that they have a problem with the remote
shell hanging up on them but Tramp didn't notice and also hung up.
I've made a change which tries to circumvent this.

The following comment in the source code ought to explain more.  Can
you look to see if it really helps?  That is, use Tramp to do
something on a remote host.  Then don't do anything on that host
until the idle logout.  Then try to do something via Tramp on that
host.

I've hardcoded the time to 60 seconds.  If you have a setup that logs
you out after less than 60 seconds idle time, please speak up.
