Questions from login process

SSH sometimes asks "Host key for bla not known, are you sure you want
to continue connecting?".  Tramp now groks this question and asks the
user.

What do you think?

Any other questions that you might wish Tramp to answer during
connection (before getting a shell prompt)?

I gotta do something about the distinction between single- and
multi-hop methods, otherwise there will be a lot of code duplication...
