Hmm. There was still another error with remote en-/decoding. I've
fixed this in CVS (hopefully).
Before starting Emacs, you should remove the file "~/.emacs.d/tramp"
(or whatever is specified in `tramp-persistency-file-name'), because
there are wrong values. Sorry for the inconvenience.
