Unfortunately, that won't match because TRAMP seems to use the
result of
$ hostname
But that's the same as (system-name) in ELisp. So you can write
(add-to-list 'tramp-default-proxies-alist
`(,(format "\\`%s\\'" (system-name)) nil nil))
