Excuse my, contrary to expectations I'd realized that the
command 'make VCS=no'
doesn't work now. Changes made in www are not merged in www-de anymore
(without uploading to www-de repository).
For example there are no changes in www-de to ARTICLE.de.po files which
was made in documents modified in www yesterday (such as
'proprietary-back-doors.html' and 'plaetfeeds.html'). Today's of course
also not …
