[Tsp-devel] CVS macro expansion

        After a nice :))
        discussion with Duf we decided 
it would be better to use the $Îd$ CVS expansion 
macro instead of the $Header$.

        (Any advice on this change is welcome).

        Since I have no time to update all files
I'll invit the one who commit to check for this 
and change $Header$ to $Id$ before commiting.

        Note that $Id$ and $Header$ are just the
same but without the whole CVS path.

        Note that including this in file is nice since
the unix ident command find it easilly:
