Never mind, looks like I slipped the $Id$ tags in with the GPL patch. I 
forget about that. D'oh!

I guess I can get right to the autotools stuff.

I'd like to add $Id$ tags to all the files of uisp. I've found this useful 
when people submit patches or bugs reports since it tells which version of 
the file is being considered.

Any objections?

After this, I'm going to tackle setting up the autotools build system for 
the project (automake, autoconf, configure, etc.)
