[Uisp-dev] Error building under Cygwin: non-scalar type _LARGE_INTEGER

Hello,

I just pulled the latest sources from CVS and when I built I got this error:

I made this simple change to fix it in my local tree:

After that change, uisp is working for me.

I'm using:

  $ gcc --version
  gcc (GCC) 3.3.1 (cygming special)

and I ran the Cygwin setup on 9/21/2003.
