Do NOT use WinZip to open any .tar.bz2 or .tar.gz files. It is notorious for 
not understanding the format and problems with line endings.

If you are using Windows then I would suggest using IZArc:

Which is also free, and better understands the format.

Original Submission:  Trying to open uisp-2004...tar.bz2(?) and WinZip gives me
