[Usbb2k-api-dev] SkypeMate ... what does it do?

Hello!

 I am trying to get my usb telbox working with Linux. I have toyed
with SkypeMate for linux, but it does not want to work with my FC4 or
the new dbus libraries.

I was wondering what I need to do to get my Skype working with usb to
ptsn converter? I am not even sure what SkypeMate does but any info
would be great.

Sorry for the limited info, i really have no idea what is going on.
