[Usbb2k-api-dev] Detect Ringing on the PSTN

Hello ,

I want to detect the ringing on the PSTN Line , i want detect 
a incoming call from PSTN .

I read the program usbb2k-main.c .

I saw that the status of the handset is obtained by polling the device  .

Can we do it ?
