binding GNU Prolog with the Muscle PC/SC library

Hello,

I've worked on binding GNU Prolog with the Muscle PC/SC
library (www.linuxnet.com).
The purpose of Muscle PC/SC (PC/SC Lite) is to provide a
Windows(R) SCard interface in a very small form factor for
communicating to smartcards and readers.

This gplpcsc wrapper may help people wishing to prototype
smart-card related software by allowing command line style
applications combined with the GNU Prolog built-in solver.

Supported platforms is only ix86 / GNU/Linux

gplpcsc is visible on source forge under gprolog/contribs, e.g.,
