Not everyone can be a developer; don't want people to
unsubscribe because of mail overwhelm. Having so users to test
is good.

Features get add, but they are very good about not breaking
compatibility.  Deprecation period is long.

Pick a minimum version that seems reasonable based on imperfect
data and go with it as a test base.  If there are issues, we can
talk about it and make a decision.
