[vile] no more "vile.cx" domain

hi --

i'm afraid that through a combination of procrastination,
lethargy, and overall short-sightedness, i've let the "vile.cx"
domain registration lapse.  the christmas islands registrar was
hosting us gratis, as a free software project, but it still had
to be renewed every year, and i dropped the ball.

since our use of the domain was minimal, i'm not going to try and
reclaim it.  i've updated references at:
    https://savannah.nongnu.org/projects/vile/

to point at tom's page, here:
    http://invisible-island.net/vile/vile.html

if you use the vile.cx page as a bookmark placeholder, you should
update it...
