[vile] vile bug report: vile on DOS?

I want (need?) to do some editing on an old '386 DOS box.  I 
downloaded vile-dos.  But, to run on this box, vile apparently needs 
CWSDPMI.EXE, which apparently needs a math coprocessor.

Without going to a lot of trouble, would you know if that last 
sentence is correct?  If it is, I'll just move on.  But, if there's a 
simple way to vile run on DOS, that would be handy.
