[vile] Minor patches to vile-9.7x

Hi Tom,

I've just uploaded new Debian packages for 9.7x, and have included
both the .desktop files and the uxvile wrapper.

Attached are two minor patches, the first to briefly describe uxvile
in the manual page and the second to use the official freedesktop
category names (as per
http://standards.freedesktop.org/menu-spec/1.0/apa.html).
