[vile] Cannot ':q"uit out of Windows7

Hello, I find I cannot do :q commands in vile on win7.

:w writes a file, but :wq just hangs, as does :wq

I'm just closing cmd.exe when it occurs.

Not sure if you have a win7 box to test on, or if there is anything
else I can provide to help diagnose.
